Tasks:
Conducting discovery and sales calls with founders and CEOs
Presenting the agency's services (fundraising campaigns, investor outreach, marketing support)
Identifying client needs and forming a relevant proposal
Handling objections and closing deals
Maintaining CRM and controlling personal sales pipeline
Following up with leads until a decision is made
Achieving personal sales targets
Requirements:
Experience in B2B sales (marketing or consulting services — an advantage)
Experience conducting online meetings and negotiations
Upper-Intermediate English+
Ability to handle objections and high-ticket services
Results-oriented and commission-based
Independence and responsibility
Will be a plus:
Experience working with startups or in the fundraising sector
