Responsibilities:
Once a month, conduct inventory with partners (beauty salons):
write to the partner in the messenger / call;
clarify how much product has been sold and what is left;
enter data into the database (Excel / Google Sheets);
generate an invoice for the calculation and an invoice for the next delivery.
Daily communication with partners (B2B): answer questions, maintain contact.
Maintaining the client database, working with documents.
Control of stock and planning of shipments.
Requirements:
Mandatory experience with Excel / Google Sheets.
If you do not have confident practical skills (formulas, working with tables) — this vacancy is not for you.Ability to conduct client communication (phone / messengers).
Attention to detail, accuracy in documents.
Experience with CRM will be an advantage.
Experience in the B2B sector is a plus.
Conditions:
Schedule: 5/2 (full-time).
Rate: 20,000 UAH/month + bonuses for results.
Remote work (preferably from Ukraine).
