У меня есть незаконченный проект MicroserviceApp с# отправлю файл, надо закончить все backend, frontend как новый качественный проект если хотите можете добавить endpoints. И надо работать с docker. Цена договорная.

Делать то что надо? Где само ТЗ?

Там можете открыть зип файл в visual studio, и фронт надо сделать , и надо создать новый microservice, например: Authentication.API и можно добавить database , все docker контейнеры должны работать

Например, приблизительно, может быть и так далее, не могут быть приняты как ТЗ.
Потрудитесь словами объяснить как надо доделать фронт, какие сервисы нужно добавить, как уложить в докер.
Ибо по вашему заданию на фронт можно прикрутить хоть библейский текст, хоть порноролик. Сервисы можно прикрутить хоть авторизации, хоть майнинга биткоина. В докер можно все уложить в один файл, или каждый сервис в отдельный. С базой данных тоже самое, можно файловый sqlite использовать, можно туда Оракл влить.
Без конкретных требований ваш заказ в работу брать невозможно.
Ну и надо указать хотя б приблизительный бюджет. -
