🎯 Your responsibilities
Hard Skills:
- Excellent command of Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite (at 110%, no less).
- Ability to prepare clear and structured reports in spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel): analytics, expenses, results, campaign dynamics.
Daily monitoring, A/B testing, campaign optimization
Creating technical specifications for designers and coordinating with them
Writing compelling advertising texts that sell
Soft Skills:
Constant desire for development, learning new approaches and technologies
Dedication to client projects
Proactivity, initiative, responsibility
Ability to think strategically and see the “big picture”
