Mini-project for house planning (about 80 m², village, private house)
We bought an old house in a village in the Zhytomyr region. After dismantling and cleaning, there are "bare" walls left. We are currently renovating and adding a small extension.
We need a specialist to help us properly plan the entire space: where and how to correctly place the main elements — plumbing, kitchen, doors, windows, switches, etc.
The goal is to avoid mistakes during the renovation so that nothing needs to be redone.
What needs to be done:
Based on the current plan (or measurements/videos/photos), create a layout drawing of the house (about 80 m²).
Arrange:
plumbing points (toilet, sink, bath/shower, washing machine);
kitchen elements (sink, stove, refrigerator, outlets);
doors (opening direction, convenience of passages);
outlets and switches in logical places (schematically if necessary);
possibly — a general logical arrangement of furniture (only for understanding the passages).
Take into account real communications — where the sewage, septic tank, water supply, electricity, etc. are located.
Make everything as functional and ergonomic as possible, without excesses and "designer tricks".
Work format:
Can be done entirely online (I will provide the plan, photos, videos, measurements).
Need the result in the form of a plan in PDF / DWG / JPG, with clear notes and explanations.
Expected result:
A layout indicating all plumbing and electrical points.
Logical placement of doors, windows, passages.
Brief comments (for example, "the door should open outward so it doesn't obstruct the toilet").
