Good day everyone! It is necessary to model the building Elbphilharmonie for the background. Only two facades are of interest, which will be visible in the camera. The rear part does not need to be detailed.
The model will be used for a short marketing video, but it will be used as a background. For scale, you can use a model from Google Maps.
Important criteria to adhere to include photorealism. It is also desirable not to delve too deeply into details and preferably use textures instead of geometry, but it is important to understand that some elements of the facade protrude outward or are recessed inward, and under certain lighting conditions, this will be very noticeable. However, in general, the building will be located far from the camera. It is advisable to independently test the result on the render. The rendering engine is not critical.
The output should be a file in 3ds Max or Blender format in an archive with textures in a resolution of at least 4K, ideally for PBR.
Special features:
1. The windows of the facade have a print on them, which makes ovals visible on the facade. The dark color in the center is a transparent part.
2. The lower part of the building is brick. There is nothing special about it except for the vertical part with balconies.
3. At the base of the building, there are three port cranes. They can be made as low-polygon models.
4. White cylinders are located on the "Waves" of the roof.
5. It is planned that the facades will reflect clouds in the video. This needs to be considered when creating geometry and materials.
