Model of a children's train drive
111 USD Good day! It is necessary to implement a project and create a drive model for a children's train on a children's track. The situation is as follows - currently we have an example of a physically made train, from which we have already modeled the external body and all visual elements. It was not possible to copy the drive due to the absence of gears on the market that would fit in size. Currently, we see two options - to manufacture gears by casting method (here it is necessary to accurately model the dimensions of all gears for manufacturing by casting method) or to select existing physical gears that can be purchased ready-made. Another task is to increase the speed by changing the gears (increasing or decreasing the number of gears) relative to the original train.
There may still be questions based on the description - I am ready to answer all of them, and I can also send models made in SW of the train body and can send the original train to the performer. Attached is a photo of the example train we are using as a reference.

Ось такий моторчик підійшов ідеально по розмірах -
а чи розглядали варіант створення силіконових моделей з оригінальних зубчатих коліс і вже потім лиття в ці силіконові форми?

Тут є питання стосовно зміни швидкості, чи при такому ж моделюванні можна буде корегувати швидкість руху

Саме такий набір і придбали) але нажали немає достатньо знань щоб все правильно зібрати та потім це повторити))

тдля двигуна з 45000 об/хв, напевне планетарку треба або червячну.. тобто типорозмыр двигуна залишити але оберти напевне треба чуток менші,
так на вскидку - скільки ступенів редуцктор, максимум 3 ... для цієї цяці.. грубо кажучи одна ступінь 1:5 більше то вже перебор))) тим паче зубчата, 5*3=15,
45000/15=3000 об/хв - це вже колесики)))

ну це максимальна швидкість мотора, можемо це регулювати рівнем подачі живлення, це вже питання до електрики
