і ще питання - на виході повинні бути рендери, чи ще щось? -
1. Перегнали маленьку частину моделі, у Блендері зараз це хайполі.
2. Так, повинна бути модель та рендери для сайту.
3. Це формат autocad(який саме не пам`ятаю, напишу у понеділок)

Зараз сітка виглядає так:

якщо CAD-модель переганяти в полігональну (fbx, obj) то все саме так і буде...нажаль

Якщо потрібен суто рендер то сітка не дуже важлива, а якщо потрібна оптимізація сітки то тут лише ретопологія моделі
