Посмотреть что ето такое. А то как ТЗ из 3х предложений, не очень ТЗ.
В любом случае могу и у векторе, и в 3д. Но если ето на печать в полиграфию, то лучче у векторе, дешевле будете.
Если ви его потом не анамировать собираетесь конечно.
