A modular electrolysis plant (MEP) is a complete integrated system designed for the production of hydrogen by the method of electrochemical decomposition of water into hydrogen and oxygen.
Tasks and description.
Manufacturing of a project of a modular electrolyzer plant based on the HydroCab 4.0 electrolyzer model Indoor in a cabinet (19-inch industrial rack IT standard). Provide sections for heating, ventilation, lighting, power supply, water supply and drainage, fire and explosion safety. Design in accordance with current regulatory acts, standards, and the electrolyzer manufacturer's instructions.
Since the electrolyzer cabinet with auxiliary equipment is installed in a container (standard 20-foot), it is necessary to design thermal insulation for the container walls.
The equipment must be securely fastened for container transportability.
Provide the possibility of increasing hydrogen generation capacity by installing an additional 2 cabinets with electrolyzer cells.
Provide space for installing 3 hydrogen storage system cylinders.
Provide installation and connection to the electrolyzer control system of the H2 detector M077910 Xsafe Bright.
The existing container is equipped with 2 additional doors located on the long side near the ends.
Provide separation with a gas-tight wall between the rooms with the electrolyzer and the electrical equipment.
