We are looking for a video editor for a one-time order — editing 10–15 short vertical videos for Instagram Reels and other social platforms.
The project is related to supporting the Defense Forces of Ukraine. For security reasons, detailed information about the team and the project will be provided to the selected contractor after agreeing on the terms of cooperation.
What needs to be done
— edit 10–15 dynamic vertical videos from the provided materials;
— work with GoPro footage, transitions, text, and music;
— add subtitles, simple graphics, and sound design;
— adhere to the agreed style, references, and structure of the materials;
— prepare the final videos for publication on Instagram Reels.
The estimated duration of one video is up to 15–30 seconds.
The team will provide management, branding, content development, and a sound specialist.
Expected result
10–15 finished vertical videos in MP4 format, adapted for publication on social media.
Deadline
The deadline will be discussed separately with the selected contractor after reviewing the materials and assessing the scope of work.
Budget
Up to 1111 UAH for the entire video package.
The budget is symbolic, as the project is being implemented as a volunteer initiative to support the Defense Forces of Ukraine. We ask only those contractors who are comfortable with this format of cooperation to respond.
Important
— experience in editing short vertical videos;
— availability of relevant works in the portfolio or on external resources without contact information;
— attention to detail and adherence to confidentiality;
— willingness not to share the source materials with third parties;
— prohibition on publishing or using materials in the portfolio without separate written permission;
— prohibition on uploading materials to third-party AI services or passing the work to other contractors.
The contractor will be selected based on the portfolio and discussion of the editing approach. Due to the sensitivity of the materials, the selected candidate will also undergo a basic security check before gaining access to the working files.
After completing this order, further separate orders may be possible, the terms of which will be discussed separately.
