На данный момент каждый из региональных сайтов имеет свой движок и немного различается по настройкам, в особенности для SEO.
В версиях Wordpress от 4.5.х появилась возможность организовать мультисайт на разных доменах без необходимости установки дополнительных плагинов. Задача состоит в том чтоб реализовать мультисайт на едином движке ВП.
Господа! Предлагайте свои цены и сроки. В случае положительного исхода реализации задуманного - будет еще и еще задачи по этому же проекту.
