There must be an API to contact TCP/IP protocol.(We send a request by tcp/ip in response we get a photo from a web camera). It should be the function of getting a picture from the camera through the TCP/IP protocol. In the second case, it should ideally be written on .NET CORE.
We will need a source on Raspberry with comments.
