I can implement in two ways
1) via AE
but the apple face texture may not be as accurate as in your example screenshots
2) via AI
but the neural networks I know do not stitch together already finished videos, they generate new ones from an image or from text.
so it may regenerate your face's facial expressions during speech slightly differently.
