ClickUp Setup
We are a design agency looking for a ClickUp expert to optimize our internal processes. If you have significant experience in setting up and managing ClickUp for businesses, particularly in the HR and sales sectors, we would be happy to chat!
Responsibilities: You will be responsible for setting up and optimizing the following processes in ClickUp:
1. HR Processes:
- OKR and performance plans management: creating a system for setting, tracking, and reviewing employee goals and key results.
- Bonus system: developing and implementing a bonus management system tied to performance metrics.
- Absence management: developing a process for employees to request time off (vacation days and sick leave) and manage their approval.
- Company knowledge base: creating a centralized knowledge repository for easy access to company policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Automated employee surveys: implementing automated surveys to assess employee satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Employee onboarding: creating a streamlined onboarding process for new hires, ensuring documentation and tracking of all necessary steps.
2. Sales Process:
- Sales funnel management: creating and managing a sales funnel with automated reminders based on our follow-up system.
- Integration with Docusign: integrating ClickUp with Docusign (or a similar tool) for seamless management of NDAs and client contracts.
Requirements:
- Experience with ClickUp, particularly in setting up and optimizing HR and sales workflows.
- Ability to integrate ClickUp with other tools and platforms.
- English B1+ (everything will be set up in English)
