We are looking for a specialist to configure CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 according to the needs of the distribution company.
What needs to be done:
- analyze our sales business processes;
- configure CRM Dynamics 365 for the team's work;
- structure clients, deals, tasks, communications;
- set up sales funnels, statuses, work stages;
- configure basic reporting and control of managers' work;
- if necessary — assist with integrations and process automation.
Our Business:
Distribution of goods in the B2B segment. It is necessary for the CRM to be convenient for the daily work of the sales team and management.
Expectations from the Performer:
- practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365;
- experience in implementing or configuring CRM for sales;
- ability to understand business logic and propose optimal solutions;
- good communication and ability to explain in simple terms.
Will be an advantage:
- experience in distribution, wholesale sales, or B2B;
- experience in integration with accounting systems, Excel, Power BI, or other services;
- understanding of management reporting.
Collaboration Format:
Initially, we want to start with discussing tasks, auditing the current state, and forming a configuration plan. Then — phased implementation.

I have reviewed your request. I want to emphasize right away that I do NOT work with Microsoft Dynamics 365. My specialization is designing management systems for B2B distribution based on OneBox OS.
