Налаштування Flussonic кластера

Давно пользуемся Флюссоник, все более менее ок
но со временем наросло довольно много проблем, вопросов на которых нет ответа в документации.
Не можем добиться нормальной работы нашего ОТТ сервиса.
Не можем нормально реализовать работу серверов в кластере, чтобы дописывались утерянные данные и так далее.
Чувствуйем что есть много новых настроек и не понимаем что это и как это работает.
Дело в том что действительно докумментация Flussonic очень поверхностная.
Нужно чтобы человек посмотрел что у нас твориться, подсказал где правильно где нет и помог все внедрить правильно.
Дело нескольких часов на самом деле.
