are knowledgeable in WordPress, skilled in web programming, and integration with Facebook, preferably also with Instagram and other social networks, to apply. You can't just rely on plugins here)). It's also important to start immediately as the project is not for the distant future.
And please, the price should be reasonable. Not too cheap so that it interests you, but not too high - as this is not quite commercial. Payment will be made immediately without any delays according to the agreement.

We will do the project in several blocks.

The first task is simple:
On WordPress.
Design - as per the standard theme - you can actually start with a blank theme from scratch.
Create the ability to add posts on WordPress without registration, but with additional fields, and to comment without registration with 3 fields - name, comment field, and file attachment (image or text)
for now without a captcha, we will add it later.
If everything is okay, we will immediately move on to the next part of the project.
