Setting up Perfex CRM
Need to configure Perfex CRM to my needs.
The main workflow is that the administrator provides the client access to a chat with a consultant. They communicate, sometimes for a long time (for example, a month). After the consultation is over, the consultant closes the chat and the client loses access to it. The chat allows exchanging text messages, files, links, and preferably the ability for video calls (but this is not essential). All correspondence with the client is stored in the database, and both the administrator and the consultant can view it. Information about the client (name, contact details, ....) is also stored in the database.
How to implement the following.
Integration of modules
Chat module:
- Download the chat module from CodeCanyon (search for "Perfex CRM Chat Module").
- Integrate the module following the instructions in the documentation.
- After installing the chat, consultants and clients will be able to exchange messages and files.
Video call:
- Integrate Jitsi Meet or Zoom:
If necessary, additional modules can be purchased.
