Добрый вечер, не совсем понял насчет отправки с именем. Турбо отправляет либо по альфа имени или по бесплатным, если нет договора. У вас на каждый магазин уже зарегистрировано альфа имя и в CRM все контакты разделены по магазинам?

Либо же имеется ввиду что у вас несколько поддоменов на Retail под разные магазины и есть альфа имена под все эти домены?
