3. Important Technical Note

For further integration, I recommend storing all data in BigQuery, especially if there are plans to connect Facebook and TikTok in the future. In such an architecture, Looker Studio will work with prepared data from BigQuery, which will allow scaling the system without changing the reporting logic.

If the integration of additional advertising systems is not planned, standard connectors can be used, but this is a less flexible solution.

In the proposed scheme:
Google Ads data can be updated hourly (via Google Ads API or scripts);
data from the CRM Uspacy can be updated more frequently (depending on API limitations).
