The site is multilingual.
1. Need the ability to configure all error notifications and successful form submissions in different languages.
2. All applications should be stored in the admin panel, sent to email, and sent to Telegram.
Currently, the forms work on Magic Form, without multilingual support, applications are duplicated in the admin panel and are not sent anywhere. They are only stored in the admin panel.
