Analysis of technical parameters and critical questions:
Resolution (DPI) and file format: For printing a banner sized $700 \times 4000\text{ mm}$ ($70 \times 400\text{ cm}$) in high quality, a file with a resolution of at least 150–300 DPI is required. In raster format (TIFF/PSD), this will be a huge layout (approximately $8200 \times 47200\text{ pixels}$).
Question: Are you considering a vector style execution (for example, in Adobe Illustrator)? This would avoid issues with blurriness when printing and significantly speed up the work.
Source and detail: Google satellite images often have limited clarity at maximum zoom. Since a detailed depiction of greenery, shallows, and the coastline is needed, this essentially means creating a full-fledged artistic or cartographic illustration.
Deadlines: Creating such a level of detail in 24–48 hours is physically almost impossible without losing quality.
Proposal: Is it possible to extend the deadline to at least 3–4 days, or provide ready relief/textures that only need to be refined?
