Среди спецов Ваших потенциальных клиентов нет, верно? Значит нужно писать что-то типа "у нас море бонусов, например такой-то..." и ездить по ушам какие сказочные преимущества он принесет, подробно расписывая его суть, а потом добавить "...с остальными можно ознакомиться на сайте по ссылке такой-то"... Так можно несколько текстов для разных групп слепить и каждый под определенный запрос пропихнуть в поиске.

Хочется не просто шаблоны сборок сделать, а витрину с готовыми элементами, чтоб часть сборки на самого клиента возложить: зашел чел на сайт, перешел в раздел с разными по дизайну кнопками меню, выбрал понравившиеся - браузер запрос на сервер передал, а там прога сгенерировала кусок хтмл-кода для шапки и т. д. рамочки всякие, стили заголовков, шрифты...

Кароче сайт который делает сайты.
прога сгенерировала кусок хтмл-кода - Это не практично, вот сгенерировал клиент шапку со своими телефонами, а потом захотел поменять телефон, ему опять нужно проделать тот же путь и потом еще и самому поменять код на новый.
ИМХО - Реализация такого проекта возможна только при условии, что код будет генерироваться на стороне сервера и там же сохранятся, не статика а динамика.
Что бы чел потом отредактировал одно поле (телефон например) и нажав кнопку "Сохранить" сразу увидел обновленную шапку или что он уже там будет редактировать

Такой функционал в админке можно реализовать, но это уже что-то на цэмээсы и визуальные редакторы смахивающее получится, а торговать тогда чем разработчику? Ручная работа на то и ручная, чтоб мастер делал, а клиент только выбрать мог что именно. Статику в браузер отдавать нельзя - наоборот нужна максимальная обфускация, препятствующая примитивному копированию...
А номера телефонов, как и текст на кнопках - это уже контент, его создание как раз желательно отдать клиенту, поштучная работа контент-менеджера не для программиста.

Сайт в стадии редизайна, можно заметить по портфолио, там скриншоты на быструю руку сделаны и то только 2шт. Самому себе сделать как оказалось на много сложнее чем для заказчика))

Нет, у меня есть списки поставщиков (оптовики 80% и 20% дропшипинг) по разным категориям товаров, от бижутерии до лакшери одежды. заказчик предварительно сообщает мне, что он хочет продавать, а я в бонус даю список поставщиков. Будет он с ними работать или нет, это не мое дело.
