Александра! Очень разные. Речь чаще о живом разговоре, где менеджер может направить разговор. По телефону больше. Клиенты с чеком высоким. Иногда капризны, требовательные. Для них важен сервис и индивидуальный подход! Главное чтобы они понимали, что их слышат. Уважение. По возражениям: от того что клиент затрудняется в выборе стиля (его нужно направить, помочь). До того что супруге нравится один проект, супругу другой, это проблема для менеджера проекта, дизайнера. Скрипты больше на психологию и понимание с кем говорите.

Имею опыт разработки скриптов продаж для общения с руководителями, топ-менеджерами и владельцами бизнесов. Вы правы, тут действительно менеджеру важно проявлять клиентоориентированность и тактичность на всех этапах разговора с клиентом. Но при этом менеджеру по итогу нужно еще и заключить сделку, грамотно подвести клиента к согласию сотрудничать.
