Написать нейросеть на Python ДО КОНЦА НЕДЕЛИ

В таблице указаны данные по квартирам города Сергиев Посад (данные взяты из открытого доступа по базе объявлений) - стоимость квартиры, её площадь, тип санузла в квартире, тип балкона в квартире, этаж, на котором находится квартира, кол-во этажей в доме, тип дома.
Нужно написать нейросеть, которая, обработав данные из таблицы, будет выводить стоимость квартиры, при введении прочих параметров квартиры, указанных в таблице.
Работу нужно закончить до воскресенья 17 ноября.
Прошу к решению приложить программный код и кратко объяснить, как работает получившаяся нейросеть.
