за 1 день и 20 часов))) не удивлюсь если он и этот проэкт сделает минут за 15 +

Уже сделал. И похоже ты прав, это не отмыв бабала, а накрутка рэйтинга исполнителю. Хотя может и отмыв. Короче надо репортить и снимать рэйтинг исполнителю.
