It is necessary to write a program that will cut a large video into random time pieces, thereby creating a bunch of small ones and inserting the required image in the center, at the top, and at the bottom.
The video being cut should either be fullscreen or centered, as this will be a screen video, not a mobile one. The time interval is set, for example, from 30 seconds to 600 seconds, and the program automatically cuts the videos randomly within this interval.
Нужно написать программу, которая будет резать большое видео на рандомные временные куски, делая тем самым кучу маленьких и вставлять в них нужную мне картинку по центру, вверху и внизу.
Видео при этом которое режется должно либо быть на весь экран либо быть по центру, так как это будет видео экранное, а не мобильное. Временной интервал задаю например от 30 сек до 600 сек и прога автоматом нарезает видосы рандомно в этом интервале.
