Нужен js , в котором мы объявляем телеграм канал.
Производной из него определяем путь к его постам.
Скрипт выводит ленту телеграм (важно, чтоб это не было фреймом)
-при скроле этой ленты js добавляет к урлу текущей страниц #номер поста
-меняет тайтл на название поста
- мета описание на превью описание поста
в верхней части или сбоку закреплен (как в публичном канале веб версия заголовка телеграм канала и его описания)
- к каждому посту - добавляются текущие кнопки поделить в соц сетях, меседжере, которые будут делиться только текущим постом со ссылкой на эту страницу с соотетсвующим скроллом и урлом #
по факту тот же публичный телеграм в вебе но у себя на странице с индексацией постов

я сам могу написать это за 2 часа ... Вопрос в навыках и умениях .. Если вы потратите на это больше времени - значит вы нам не подходите.. Если считаете, что это задача очень сложная с подводными камнями и стоит дороже - хорошо бы получить аргументы .
