Мое мнение, что цена такому проекту - 4000 грн максимум. Уже все написано. Вам не надо писать парсинг - уже все работает, просто сверстать 2 странички и написать пару запросов. В довесок прочекать скрипты и строку с апи скопировать (неимоверный труд). Если придется переписывать скрипты - можем поговрить за увеличение бюджета. За срочность стоит ставка 7000 грн
