Hello. In the company, the Support department works with a stack of ClickUp + Telegram groups + Google Sheets. CluckUp is used as a CRM for working with clients. One task = One group chat in Telegram = One client.
You need to set up dashboards for support department analytics using the ClickUp API in conjunction with Google Sheets and Google Looker Studio:
- Median response time to incoming client requests (support agent response speed to incoming client questions)
- Number of closed tickets by days, weeks, months, for each individual agent and the department as a whole
- Median ticket resolution time (how much time passes from the task status TO DO to Closed)
- Current active tickets (diagram showing how many are in progress for each agent separately and overall for the department)
- Chart of the number of client inquiries by day of the week and working hours (for workload analysis)
- Diagram of the number of inquiries broken down by each client (for analysis of which clients most frequently seek help)
This is an urgent project. The price is conditional. Please propose timelines and implementation costs. There is a developer who has implemented the ClickUp + Telegram + Google Sheets integration. Essentially, the dashboards in Looker need to be completed.
