Нужно настроить по следующей схеме:
GitHub Repo - CodePipeline-CodeBuild - AWS CodeDeploy
C github repo вытягиваются изменения (как понимаю при пуши в определенную ветку) в CodePipeline, CodeBuild билдит докер контейнер а AWS CodeDeploy уже деплоит в фаргейт кластер (Frontend)
