New Age is a U.S.-based investment company specializing in mortgage and promissory notes secured by U.S. real estate. With 15+ years in business, SEC registration, a California DRE license, and zero missed monthly investor payments, we are seeking one experienced marketing professional (freelancer or agency) to build and execute a multi-channel investor acquisition strategy.
Responsibilities
• Develop the marketing strategy and investor funnel.
• Run email campaigns, social media, webinars, landing pages, manage LinkedIn account,
and messenger outreach.
• Create bilingual (English/Russian) marketing content.
• Manage CRM, nurture leads, and follow up with conference contacts.
• Recommend channels, budget, timeline, and measurable KPIs.
Requirements
• Proven success marketing financial, investment, real estate, private credit, or fintech services in the U.S., Europe, and Russian-speaking markets.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Russian.
• Strategic thinker who can propose, discuss, and execute campaigns.
• Understanding of financial marketing compliance (no guaranteed-return claims).
Strong Plus
Experience marketing mortgage notes, secured lending, investment funds, or similar financial products with measurable results.
