Настроить проект на Core net Web Api
Есть заготовка проекта(в атаче)
Нужно
настроить CORS чтобы фронт мог работать с любого места - ща браузер отфутболивает хотя вроде проставлены разрешения.
Добавить нужные библиотеки для работы через EF с PostgreSQL (только так чтобы кросплатформено все осталось) Настройки конекта в конфиге должны быть.
Создать простую таблицу например users с парой полей - сделать контекст и модель.
Сделать пример запроса с контролера типа количества записей в таблице - для проверки результата выполнения проекта
Почему то коментарий (description) к методу контролера не выводится сваггером - по идее должен
