нет.в пп 3 написано как раз этот момент- дать программисту тз на синхронизацию по данных по каждой цепочке

Для того, чтобы работала цепочка брошенная корзина и рекомендации в письмах в еспутник надо подключать дополнительный тариф адвансенд и устанавливать скрипт на сайт, который будет передавать данные с сайта в сервис.
Еще вопрос - как Вы видите смс с товарами из корзины?

в цепочке с отзывами у Вас стоит 2 письма, первое сбор отзыва на гугл о компании, второе на сайт о товаре. Лучше разделить их по приоритетности. Например, приоритет отзывы на гугл, тогда после первого заказа брать отзыв на гугл, а далее отзывы о товарах.
