45 USDЕсть сервер который выдает определенный пакет данных. ( Протокол есть) . Нужно настроить прием данных контроллером C-power ( контроллер с открытым протоколом) и отобразить на светодиодном табло . Подключение 3g. IP и порт есть. Более подробно в личном общении. Предпочтительно Киев.

Ранее делал подобную задачу на Attiny2313 - ПК передает данные на Attiny, которая управляет светодиодным табло. Как я понимаю, Вы хотите передавать данные на табло по TCP. Правильно ли я Вас понял?
