Project Goal:
Organize and set up a social media management system (Facebook, Instagram) for promoting educational and developmental projects in various areas. Each area should have a separate page, visually designed and functionally set up for publishing thematic content.
Create separate pages on Facebook and Instagram for the following areas:
Child upbringing.
Building relationships (for young people and families).
Leisure, travel, tourism.
Health
Self-development
Content Separation:
Set up so that posts from these thematic pages do not overlap with each other.
Do not display on the personal page in Facebook and Instagram of the account owner.
Ensure that cross-posting between pages works correctly.
Publications and Scheduling:
Set up the ability to schedule content publication (videos, text posts, links to YouTube) through Meta Business Suite.
Demonstrate how to work with the post scheduler (including steps for adding text, media, and links).
Training and Instructions:
Go through the dashboard together and tidy it up by removing old pages and projects. Conduct a consultation on how it works.
Schedule several posts, ensure everything works correctly.
Discuss and think through the vision, steps, methods of interaction with the audience, how to best present the material.
Help draft a technical specification for the designer regarding visuals and banners.
Requirements for the Specialist:
Experience working with Meta Business Suite (Facebook and Instagram).
Skills in visual design of social media pages.
Understanding of SMM strategies and content planning.
Ability to explain and demonstrate how the system works clearly.
Responsibility, communication skills, willingness to call and work via screencast.
