Canopies and kiosks

It is necessary to develop a set of design documentation for the manufacture and installation of structures: canopies with MAFs, canopies without MAFs, and separate MAFs.

Main sections that need to be done:

1. General Data

   • list of products;

   • dimensions of each product;

   • materials;

   • RAL colors;

   • operating conditions;

   • regulatory framework.

2. Calculation Part

   • snow load of at least 160 kg/m²;

   • wind load;

   • load on the floor of the MAF of at least 200 kg/m²;

   • deflection check;

   • check of fastening nodes;

   • check of foundations/geoscrews/piles.

3. KM — Metal Structures

   • general scheme of the frame;

   • plans, facades, sections;

   • location of columns, beams, purlins, joists;

   • cross-sections of metal;

   • nodes of bolted and welded connections;

   • anchoring nodes to foundations.

4. KMD — Detail Drawings

   • drawings of each element for manufacturing;

   • lengths of pipes, plates, braces, embedded parts;

   • holes, chamfers, welds;

   • marking of parts;

   • assembly diagram;

   • specification of metal.

5. Foundations and Anchoring

   • foundation plan;

   • type of foundation: geoscrews or bored piles;

   • anchor groups;

   • bearing plates;

   • marks, axes, ties;

   • node of fastening the column to the foundation.

6. Roofing of Canopies

   • roofing scheme;

   • 16 mm polycarbonate;

   • step of purlins;

   • H/U-profiles, clamping strips, thermal washers;

   • temperature gaps;

   • slopes;

   • edge nodes;

   • junction nodes.

7. MAFs

   • frame of the floor, walls, and roof;

   • insulation of the floor, walls, roof;

   • vapor barrier, waterproofing, wind protection;

   • nodes of openings;

   • doors, windows, shutters;

   • grilling area, if provided.

8. Facade Elements

   • HPL panels or other facade material;

   • layout scheme;

   • fastening nodes;

   • gaps;

   • junctions to the frame.

9. Water Drainage

   • rainwater collection scheme;

   • gutters;

   • hidden pipes in the frame;

   • inspection accesses;

   • water discharge points.

10. Engineering Embedded Parts

• electricity;

• lighting;

• incoming panel;

• grounding;

• water;

• sewerage;

• technological openings and sleeves.

11. Anti-Corrosion Protection

• which elements are galvanized;

• zinc thickness of at least 85 microns;

• painting system;

• RAL 7024;

• dry film thickness of at least 100 microns;

• places for restoring the coating after installation.

12. Specifications

• specification of metal;

• specification of polycarbonate;

• specification of HPL;

• doors, windows, shutters;
