We are doing several stages of interviews, in the first stage I’m seating by soft skills, and by technical – you’re choosing. Also, at the end, I collect recommendations from past places of human work.
On the remuneration, I'm buriing the amount of the offfer, the candidate who comes to you for work. It is divided into 2 payments, on the day of the candidate's departure, and after the successful passing of the IS.
If in the course of 3 months, the trial period, it doesn’t fit you, we can make a replacement for free. With the sum of the bonus, on the amount of the new offfer.
