2. Опыт работы в аутсорсинг компаниях.
3. Свободное владение англ языком.
Что нужно будет сделать:
1. Найти правильный регион для поиска кандидата.
2. Найти лучших кандидатов на позицию в данном регионе.
3. Занести данные о кандидатах в базу.
4. Обзвонить кандидатов, узнать актуальность и предложить наши условия работы.
Ресурс на котором я видел интересных кандидатов, скину в ЛС. Также, я рассчитываю что мы сможем найти нужного человека в течении недели.
