In principle I can write, I think 1000 simultaneous connections will load the server very strongly, I suppose that it will simply require a serious development of a very optimized module that will have to generate the image, or a whole system of 3-4 servers + above another server that will be depending on the load to rotate these servers. The task itself is not the easiest, but Netflix has created a couple of hard libraries on Java Spring, I can write up one server and there we’ll see what load the system will endure.
