Need a layout designer/web designer for a visual update of the website. No need to change functionality — only the appearance (HTML/CSS, images). What is currently available: A working gaming website (control panel for a private Mu Online server) on PHP, custom engine, without frameworks. Templates — regular HTML files with placeholders like $TITLE$, $USER_USER$, etc., which the engine fills with data upon loading. Styles — regular CSS, scripts — jQuery, without bundlers (Webpack/Vite) and preprocessors (SASS/LESS). The site consists of 2 functional sections: public part (for non-logged-in users — server description, news, top) and internal part (player's personal account — character stats, guilds, city, shop, etc.). Switching between them is at the content level, not separate pages. What needs to be done: Visually design the public part from scratch based on a reference (style mutts.lt, there is a ready AI concept, but it is too bright, it needs to be brought to the overall palette of the site). Update the visuals of existing pages in the internal part (personal account, city, guilds, etc.) based on a reference, while preserving all current data structure and functionality. Important: Placeholders of the engine ($...$) cannot be touched — only the markup and styles around them. All current logic (calculations, forms, AJAX requests) remains as is — it will be transferred to the new layout without changes. Access to the site files and test account will be provided after the work starts. I will attach to the order: design reference (site.png), screenshots of the current site appearance.

Good day. I am looking for an experienced specialist who can help create three separate landing pages for an aesthetic cosmetology salon in Krakow (Poland). We have a website and the same pages on the site, but they are not converting. For example: a specific procedure for body modeling - 6,274 (92.01%) clicks to open the page on the site from Meta ad traffic in the last 28 days, of which only 5 leads. Important: we need not just a beautiful design. The main goal is to increase the number of applications and bookings from clients. Services for which pages need to be created: Laser hair removal. Body Reset (body modeling and volume reduction). Bloomea (working with scars, post-acne, and wrinkles). What we already have: ready website; photos and videos; Instagram and Facebook; client reviews; Meta Ads campaigns; texts and information about services. What needs to be done: create 3 separate landing pages; think through the structure of the pages from a conversion perspective; remove all unnecessary elements that distract the user; develop strong headlines and calls to action (CTA); correctly showcase the advantages of our salon; add blocks with reviews and "before/after" results; simplify the client's path to application as much as possible; adapt the pages for mobile devices. Website traffic before this: 97.7% mobile, 1.3% PC, 1% tablet; if possible, provide recommendations for improving advertising campaigns. Our expectations: We have already spent a significant budget on advertising, videos, and previous pages, so we are now looking for someone who truly understands marketing, sales psychology, and building conversion funnels. We need not just beautiful pages, but a tool that will bring real clients. It would be a big plus: experience working with beauty, medical, or premium projects; cases with conversion statistics; understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads; experience creating landing pages for expensive services. Please, along with your application, send: examples of your work; approximate completion times; cost; a brief description of how you envision the structure of such landing pages. We would like to complete everything within the next 7 days.
