I have worked with OpenCart + NeoSeo (integration with 1C).
The problem with attributes is typical: the module writes values only in one language_id (RU) and overwrites them with each import.
I can:
find the specific place in the module where the overwrite occurs;
or set up multilingual attribute recording (UA/RU),
or strictly block the overwrite for UA so that manual translations are not erased.
Important: if 1C only provides data in RU — full multilingualism is only possible through module modification (without any fancy solutions).
