Mobile app (preferably both iOS and Android). On the initial stage, the app can have very limited functionality, namely list of events and ability to check-in for users.
The app will need to allow users to do an initial login and will also need the ability for the client to post events on some kind of dashboard within the app. Users should then be notified once the client posts an event and should be able to check into events of their choice on the app. Once they check in the client should be able to see a notification on his end with the number of people that confirmed their participation in the event.
