Даже мега крутая нейронка может не распознать каке то слово или звук.
Да, нейронка может работать изменяя частотную характеристику аудиодорожки, но "чистая" подмена одной речи на другую возможна только когда речь читает нейронка.

Для всех тех, кто "умеет читать мысли" и сходу решил, что он понимает для каких целей планируется использование такого инструмента - поясню суть необходимости его использования.
Суть довольно проста, мы выстраиваем обширную сетку Тик-Ток каналов с форматом "экспертный контент". Для этого нам необходимо создавать персонажей. 1 персонаж на один канал. Для создания каждого такого персонажа нам нужно генерировать по сути новую личность. Эта личность для зрителей наших каналов выражается во внешности и голосе персонажа. Соответственно, нам необходимо иметь возможность менять эти параметры для достижения желаемого результата. Это позволяет нам использовать условно говоря, пять актеров, которые будут сниматься в роликах от лица ста разных персонажей. Креативный отдел пишет контент, актеры записывают исходники, исходники прогоняются через нейронки. Вот суть процесса.
