Задача подключить nginx proxy_cache к mod_pagespeed https://www.modpagespeed.com/doc/downstream-caching для очистки прокси кэш через mod_pagespeed.
Проблема в том, что nginx proxy purge это часть коммерческой версии, по этому нужно реализовать с помощью этого https://github.com/magiclen/nginx-cache-purge или этого варианта https://habr.com/ru/post/428127/ и подвязать к этому всему делу mod_pagespeed
