К сожалению, (просто мистика или нервы) не нашел скрин, на котором скорость на мобильных была за 90. Но думаю в подтверждение моих слов может служить скрин с консоли гугл, где видно, что примерно с 3 по 6 ноября страницы были эффективными и не требовали увеличения скорости.
