Looking for a marketer / targeting specialist for ongoing work.
We are currently developing a website — we already have a developer and a designer. We need a marketer who will handle promotion (Google Ads, Yandex.Direct, etc.) and work with us as part of the team.
It is important for the marketer to get involved at the website creation stage: help with its structure, provide recommendations on design, fonts, and texts. We want to avoid a situation where the website is ready, and then it turns out that it needs to be redone for marketing.
I have worked with Google Ads myself, I understand how to set up advertising, what a Headline is, Description, how to fill out ads, cost per click, which keywords are more expensive, which are cheaper. But now mass work is required, uploading a large number of campaigns, data analysis — it is not possible to control everything alone. Therefore, I am looking for a marketer / targeting specialist.
The work will be done through my account — I will control it, but I will provide access for managing the advertising. There will be weekly reports, and the advertising will be for all of Kazakhstan. It will be necessary to analyze which cities have more expensive keywords, where they are cheaper, and where the demand is higher. It is important not just to drive traffic, but to conduct a deep analysis of the market and competitors: how much they invest, which products they focus on, what we can improve, and how to make the advertising as effective as possible.
Payment is based on a percentage: the better the marketer optimizes the advertising — reduces the cost per click, increases the flow of clients — the more they earn. If they can competently allocate the budget and deliver results, their percentage rate will increase.
