Для начала создания проекта, мы решили воспользоваться FreelanceHund и разместить обьявление, для поиска архитектора.

Здраствуйте. Нужен проект дома в SketchUp.
Мы приобрели участок и вот хотим начать строить дом на нем.
Логично, что нужен сначала проект и вот мы к нему приступили.
Почему SketchUp? потому что я его немного знаю и мелкие штуки всегда могу править сам.
Мы нашли в интернете проект дома, который максимально нам подходит, но по ширине он немного не помещается на участок. Поэтому основная задача это перерисовать его и адаптировать под наши параметры. Все подробности напишем в личной переписке.
Так же сам проект должен быть максимально адаптиован для стройки.
Помимо дома, есть еще пространство на участке (общее 12 соток), которое так же нужно профессионально использовать (забор, ворота, стоянка, септик и т.д.).
Сам дом также должен просчитан полностью (фундамент, гидроизоляции, стяжки, пенаблоки, полы, потолоки, перекрытия и т.д. с точными, реальными размерами ).
Обязательно использовать стандартные размеры всего (окна, двери, теплоизоляция и т.д.)
Внутренняя планировка с мебелью, розетки, электричество и все остальное так же нужно.

Якщо ви знайшли проект, але він не зовсім підходить під вашу ділянку — робіть проект під свою ділянку. Можете взяти за основу планування з інтернету. Окремо — це рельєф ділянки. Може вона рівна як стіл, а може там перепад кілька метрів. Також треба зважати на оточення, сусідню забудову.
Щоб зробити детальний проект — треба знати з чого буде збудований будинок? Який фундамент , матеріал стін, тип перекриття, даху, які опоряджувальні матеріали? І якщо зробити детальний проект — ви потім не зможете самі змінити щось, оскільки це означатиме повну переробку проекту.
Це так коротко, насправді ще є багато нюансів.
