Нужен специалист связать PHP код с WSDL сервисом через SOAP

там wsdl невалидный. был, по крайней мере.

Вот в этом и загвоздка - предоставитель wsdl сервиса говорит что нужно поправить wsdl описание (ссылки в нем на которые ругается валидатор) на https и все заработает - НО - как можно брать описание сервиса не из сервиса?
